2009 Construction Project Update

Although a few regional construction projects have been ongoing through the winter, the time is near for construction season to start in earnest. Following is a brief summary of construction projects in and around the Village which may impact your commute:

Indian Trails and Hiawatha Woods Roadway Maintenance (Village of Riverwoods):
Resurfacing and shoulder installation on the Indian Trails streets, patching and crack sealing in Hiawatha Woods. Schedule: July-September Anticipated impacts: Intermittent lane closures, temporary driveway access interruptions Additional Information: Contact Village Hall

Route 22/I-94 Ramp Closure (Illinois Tollway):
