Zoning Commission Review requests for variations to existing provisions of the Zoning Ordinance and hold public hearings when requested by a petitioning property owner. The purpose of the public hearing is to allow the petitioner the opportunity to present the case that strict application of the Zoning Regulations will impose unusual or impractical difficulties or particular hardship, and that such variation of the strict application of the terms of the Zoning Regulations is in harmony with the general intent and purpose hereof. The ZBA will make their recommendation to the Village Board of Trustees in the manner outlined in the Village Zoning Regulations.
